In the Enterprise and Education Department, I manage incoming technical requests from businesses and educational institutions. I create, research, and resolve repair related customer inquiries in a timely manner with a high personal commitment to customer care. I can provide basic to complex technical support for a wide range of Apple products and services.

  • Genius2010 - 2014

    Apple Retail

As a Genius, I provided insightful advice and friendly, hands-on technical support to Apple customers. I am able to quickly diagnose product issues on the spot, explaining situations with patience and empathy. After determining whether repairs can be done or a replacement is needed, I offered solutions to quickly get users up and running. Even if I was juggling more than one customer, I stayed conscious of their time demands as well as my own. I fulfilled Apple's service commitment with style, speed, and skill.

  • Photojournalist and Webmaster2012

    Soundfuse Online Magazine

My responsibilities included; interviewing the artists and musicians, documenting, photographing, and recording their concerts for online use. During my time there, I noticed an opportunity with their content delivery. This led to a complete overhaul and rebranding of Soundfuse. Newly launched website, logo, and additional branding assets were just a few changes implemented in the nearly year-long revamping of the Soundfuse brand, resulting in a readership spike of 7000 readers in the first 2 months.

  • Intern/Contractor2008 - 2010

    Motorola Employees Credit Union

While pursuing my degree at Columbia College, I worked for two years as a contractor at Motorola Employees Credit Union, a division of Motorola. Although, I had many roles at MECU, it was my time in the Marketing Department that led me to pursue my degree in Graphic Design. I produced internal campaigns, worked with external clients to create a direct mail advertisement and helped design the layout and media for the HUB, their internal Intranet. It was a great opportunity for me to work in a group setting that allowed me to see a project from creation, through revisions, and finally the result.
